Contract Type: Part-time – On-site in Leeds, with the option for hybrid working after 3 to 6 months. Fully remote applications will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be an essential part of our team, supporting both senior management and other colleagues. Here’s a taste of what your day-to-day will look like:
Supporting Senior Management
- Managing diaries and keeping appointments organised.
- Handling post—scanning, emailing, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go.
- Keeping emails and files organised to ensure smooth workflows.
- Arranging travel, including hotels and trains.
- Helping with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance by checking client data and requesting updated IDs.
- Uploading and structuring documents in our online systems.
- Assisting with client onboarding and preparing meeting agendas.
- Following up on meeting action points and uploading tax docs for clients.
Supporting the Team
- Organising paperwork and keeping things tidy and in order.
- Assisting with document uploads to Dext every now and then.
- Sending reminder emails for VAT submissions.
- Requesting year-end bank and loan statements from clients.
- Helping reconnect bank feeds when needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an admin or office support role.
- Fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A good grip on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/Sharepoint).
- Bonus points if you know Xero, Dext, or other financial software (not essential, but a plus!).
- The ability to juggle tasks and prioritise like a pro.
- A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
